It's been four long years since Natalee Holloway vanished without a trace, and though all evidence points to Joran Van Der Sloot as the killer, he continues to walk free. But when it starts to look as if Van Der Sloot's murderous impulses have resurfaced, Twitty once again enlists the aid of the FBI to try and put him behind bars for good
