Charlie Baxter suffers a debilitating heart attack. Doctor Shockner, his upstairs neighbor, comes to his aid and treats him until he fully recovers. During Baxter’s recovery, he becomes aware of Shockner’s unorthodox experiments and the more horrific truth about how his life was saved. Baxter knows he must find a way to stop Shockner’s demented actions before the mad doctor kills again.
