A teen-age girl on her way to the hospital for eye surgery gets in a car accident that leaves her in a coma. When her doctor insists the chances of recovery are slim, Bahar's parents consent to let the next patient in line take the eyes that were supposed to be given to their daughter to restore her sight. Bahar miraculously recovers, only to learn that Mahdi has been given the eyes promised to her.
