Obesity is a worldwide epidemic. 7days 2guys 1juicer is a character driven documentary that profiles the personal struggles of Chad and Kenny as they work to overcome their own fears and habits in an effort to adopt a healthy new lifestyle. They haven't always been overweight, but years of unhealthy eating have finally caught up with them. Diet after diet have failed, leaving them frustrated and confused. Over the course of seven days, Kenny and Chad go cold turkey on the unhealthy food that has become a habit and turn to fresh fruit and vegetable juices in an attempt to take back their lives. They consume juices made fresh by them and also engage in activities such as boxing, yoga and spinning to get their bodies moving again.
