When Ex Colonel Merton uncovers a burglar robbing his house, he is stunned to learn that the burglar is a previous trooper from his storage tank regiment. When the burglar leaves, Merton attempts to contact previous participants of the program, in order to discover what established the burglar on the road to criminal activity.
