It’s 1996 in the middle-of-nowhere Ohio. In one of the state’s many cornfields, a group of neighborhood kids plays Ditched-a fast-paced, nighttime version of hide-and-seek. When it’s 12-year-old Cole’s turn to be ‘ditched’ and find his friends, he quickly realizes how cut-off he is from everyone and everything. As the search leads him deeper into the corn he stumbles across a disturbing truth; there’s something hostile in the field with them…something not human.
