Chopped: Ted Allen challenges four previous winners to compete in the third part of a five-part Chopped event. Jason Zukas ("Salty Veggies & Heated Battles"), Michael Siry ("Dr. Deckle & Mr. Fried"), Luisa Fernandes ("Sticking To It") and Joe Dobias ("Judge Knows Best") are asked to create a three-course meal by using dried persimmon, phyllo dough, pepper jack cheese and sweetbreads for the Appetizer round; chicken breast, blue corn tortillas, Tuscan kale and sea urchin for the Entrée round; and blueberries, bread & butter pickles, saffron and fruit ring cereal for the Dessert round. Judges are Geoffrey Zakarian, Alex Guarnaschelli and Marc Murphy.
