The Sweeney: Regan is out on a routine operation when he spots Billy Medhurst, who had been part of a gang that carried out a robbery in which a former Sweeney officer, Eddie Jackson, was shot and left permanently disabled. Regan blames himself for the accident and decides to get Medhurst put away, but is the past clouding his judgement and destroying the case?
