Pokemon the Series: Ash and friends arrive in a town where a group of Smeargle are constantly painting on everything and everyone. The townspeople have had enough and demand something be done about it. However, after seeing the amazing works they can make, Ash, Misty, and Brock decide to help their trainer, Jack, convince the townspeople that they are not doing anything wrong.
