Pokemon the Series: On the way to Mahogany Town, Ash, Misty, and Brock stop in Ecruteak City where they meet up with Sakura. They go to Sakura's house to catch up on what has happened since they last saw each other. Meanwhile, Team Rocket has invited Sakura's sisters to a fake tea ceremony so that they can steal their pokémon. When they learn that they are missing one evolution (Sakura's Espeon), they decide to go and catch it.
