Pokemon the Series: XY: Ash and friends visit Small Rocky Muscle Island, the final island stop before Mossdeep. They soon meet the trainers who live there, and discover that their philosophy is that a trainer should focus on enhancing their own body as well as their Pokémon, and therefore they spend a lot of time weight training. They invite Ash and the others to join them. Meanwhile, Team Rocket's Magikarp sub has sunk and they are stranded on the island.
