Diff'rent Strokes: The Drummonds, desperate to get Sam back, distribute fliers and go on the news to advertise his disappearance; Maggie unravels emotionally; Philip offers a $50,000 reward, which a con artist attempts to claim. Elsewhere, Don Brown increasingly becomes a stranger to his own wife and son, trying to prevent them from learning that Sam was not found but stolen. Finally, Sam rescues a newspaper ad from Don, and risks everything to tell the Drummonds where he is.
