Too Close for Comfort: Henry and Muriel have a problem when the downstairs neighbor, Rafkin, a transvestite suddenly dies leaving a vacancy in the townhouse. Jackie and Sara quickly decide it would be wonderful to move into the apartment, to Henry's dismay but Jackie and Sara's constant squabbling may squelch their plans of independence.
