Nowhere Man: Veil uses a Palmtop computer provided by his contact within the organization to track down Commander Quinn, a secretive military man who runs a uniformed organization that carefully screens all applicants. Usurping an accepted applicant's place, Tom finds himself kidnapped and inducted into a brutally disciplined militia group that kills those who do not conform.
