The Detectives: Frank Cotham's once oldest friend Ronnie, committed a crime and flnd to Spain and this has hunted Frank ever since. Until he learns that Ronnie's daughter is currently in Gibraltar (English territory). Frank knows Ronnie will risk crossing the border to meet his daughter so fly's to Gibraltar to finish the job he failed 30 years before and 'knick' him. However Biggs & Louie are in Gibraltar too because they appeared on TV's Bullseye and won a holiday there. He enrolls them to help him catch Ronnie. However there's a good twist to end of this tale!!
