The Jack Benny Program: Jack rehearses some Dixieland music on his violin with members of his band. Then he does some public service announcements, including one on safe driving; a close-up of his driver's license reveals it has expired. He and Don go to the California Dept. of Motor Vehicles to renew his license. While there, Don buys (from a con man/ventriloquist) a parrot that sings about State Farm Insurance.
