Initial D: Impact Blue deals with a minor pursuit challenge, while Takumi takes a break from Project D, and watches his buddies in the Akina Speed Stars race. When Iketani takes his mom to an event, he is surprised to see Sayuki there, and she has brought Mako along too! This is the first time in a while that Mako and Iketani get to talk. Will they be able to date again? Iketani tries to meet her under the billboard but encounters challenges that would spell disaster.
