Rockman EXE : Netto returns from his world tour. Meiru comes over to his house and tells him that while he was gone, an internet city named Net City has been created. She has Roll take Rockman on a tour. The city has everything the real world does, but just for net navis! However, an evil plot is unfolding. Glide calls upon Netto and Meiru to hurry over to Yaito's house as she is in danger.
