Kôdo giasu: Hangyaku no rurûshu: The Kyoto group, the main backers of the resistance, laments at the loss of the Japanese Liberation Force. However the head of the group, Lady Kaguya thinks there is still hope in the form of Zero and the Order of Black Knights. A messenger is sent to the Order about a secret meeting between Kyoto and the top members of the Black Knights. Lelouch wants to turn this meeting to his own advantage, so with C.C.'s help, he executes a little plan of his own that results in both the trust and the money of Kyoto. However in spite of this great victory, Lelouch is soon faced with a grave shock that could lead him to question his morals thus far.
