Mega Man: Earthquakes are now no longer just natural occurrences – thanks to Dr. Wily. His latest invention gives him total control of them, and he has the city in his sights. A choice between total surrender or total destruction isn't very appealing, so Mega Man opts for the direct approach. Too bad the Robot Masters are between him and Dr. Wily's invention. Can Mega Man succeed, or will the city be destroyed?
