Blue Seed: Dire Tokyo is being stalked by mutated dogs, but the TAC and their friend Kusanagi are doing nothing to defeat them. Soon the group discovers that they are being mysteriously killed, and to catch both the dogs and the killer, Kusanagi brings Momiji out on what he told her was a date, little does she know it's a plan to save Tokyo.
