Extreme Makeover: We watched the transformations of Amy, a painfully shy 29-year-old cake decorator from Lafayette, IN, who's procedure included a nose job, lower eye lift, breast implants, teeth whitened and porcelain veneers, and John, a 56-year-old florist from Olathe, KS, who's transformation was inclusive of a facelift, upper and lower eye lift, fat injection to his cheeks, neck lift, ears pinned, teeth whitened and porcelain veneers.
