Starved: Sam accidentally cuts his scrotum while grooming his pubic hair and his testicles swell after he works out. Dan's wife confronts him about his visit to the dungeon and when she throws him out he stays at Adam's. At the gym, Billie becomes obsessed with having a lower body fat percentage than another woman, until she learns that the woman is a cancer patient.
