Passions: Simone goes to see Aunt Irma to wish her a happy birthday and hands her a present. Simone tells her that she gets discriminated against because she is a lesbian. At hearing this, Aunt Irma lashes out at her and tells her leave and never come back to see her. Irma then goes on to tell her that she is just like her mother and her aunt Liz. Simone then leaves in tears, thinking that no one loves her.
