At Sam’s, Jessica looks on as Noah and Paloma share a romantic interlude and wishes to have the same thing with the man of her dreams. Upon Pilar’s arrival at the hospital, she finds out that Luis is the prime suspect in Fancy’s rape. Sam then gets a call from the mayor ordering Luis be arrested.
