Elsewhere, Sam furiously tells Luis and Fancy that their hypnosis sessions can be used as fodder for the DA’s case against Luis. Discouraged at the possibility of being the reason Luis is sent to prison, Fancy goes home and has a run-in with Sheridan. At the hospital, Kay refuses to listen to Miguel about Fox’s hit and run while Paloma gets a statement from Fox. In her office, Theresa confides in Jared about being blackmailed. Later, when Whitney and Ethan walk in, Theresa surprises them by saying she is planning on marrying Jared.
