Meanwhile, Biggs is photographing Kay and Vinnie's movements. Pickering comes through and with a filibuster of the trade bill to give the OCB time to find and stop the C1-30 aircraft holding the currency. It turns out the plane was owned by Mel Profitt. McPike is ordered to arrest Vinnie.
