Adam-12: There's been a rash of cracked safes in the area, and Malloy thinks the suspect is someone who lives in the neighborhood that he's run into many times before, but now claims to be a reformed family man. In the meantime, he and his partner track down a female robbery suspect who turns out to be a victim herself.
