Jamies Great Britain: Jamie travels to the west of Scotland and finds a food culture just as distinctive as the rugged landscape in the region. Jamie learns how haggis is being given a West Indian twist in Glasgow's oldest Scottish restaurant. He and Hector Stewart then go scallop diving in the River Clyde and create seared scallops with crispy black pudding and creamy clapshot. He also finds out how to create the clootie dumpling and assists on a pheasant shoot
