Lupin The Third: Fujiko is taken hostage, with the fee being the world's largest ruby, a ruby Lupin stole from the royal house of India. The culprit behind this is antoma Mark III, grandson of the European master thief Fantoma. He plans to use the ruby in a device which will melt the Arctic ice caps, sinking the major towns of the world and allowing him to conquer the world.
