Two sets of neighbours make over each other's rooms in Barnstable, North Devon. Dog groomer Sarah, who's enlisted retired mum Lynne to help out, has a cramped cluttered bedroom lacking in storage. She dreams of a light and breezy beach style, but will her neighbours Tom and Richard deliver the relaxing room Sarah dreams of? And in return, will Sarah transform Tom and Richard's unloved dining room from dumping ground to a space they want to spend time in?
