Nina asks to regain custody of her daughter. Nicola turns to Dante to help him convince Viola - to be examined by a renowned surgeon who could perhaps operate on her. Intent on dealing with yet another shady matter on Molosso's behalf, Simone and Mimmo are getting closer and closer; Mimmo confides Molosso's criminal intentions to him and Simone, anguished, tells everything to Dante, who decides to turn to "Pantera", his policeman friend. A lunch between Nicola, Anita, Manuel and Viola, rather than alleviating, exacerbates the friction in the new extended family.
